Leftover Microwave Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover pinto beans
2 cups velveeta cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash chili powder
Directions:
Combine beans, velveeta, and dry ingredients in medium microwavable bowl. Heat for 90 seconds on high, add shredded cheese. Stir, and heat again until completely melted, serve with tortilla chips. This is best served while watching Miles Austin score a touchdown, or Lorelei Gilmore crack jokes.

Lesson 1: Homemade Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon splenda
1 teaspoon sugar
2 dashes salt
1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa
1 1/2 cups milk
enough marshmallows to please
Directions:
Warm milk slowly on stove. In one's favorite mug, add cocoa, splenda, sugar, and salt. When milk is boiling pour a smidgen of milk into the mug and mix until creamy. Add the remainder of the milk and stir well. Top with marshmallows and it is best served with the morning reading.
